Job summary

Bumper to Bumper Canada is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a 6-month temporary assignment in Uxbridge, ON. You will handle stock processing, maintain accurate inventory, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup in a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

The role requires 1 year in logistics or warehousing, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent organizational skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock items (pick, unload, label, store).
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure orders are picked, packed, shipped, and received on time.
• Complete posting and receiving paperwork and process cores and warranty products.
• Prepare and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup per schedule.
• Keep a clean, safe workspace and optimize storage space.
• Operate warehouse vehicles/equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• Support training of other warehouse team members.

Your Daily Contribution & Impact

• Receive and process incoming stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Responsible for accurate product inventory of warehouse by ensuring orders are picked, packed, shipped, received and/or put away accurately and in a timely manner
• Completes all necessary posting and receiving documentation
• Process cores and warranty products
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Supports training other warehouse team members
• Operate systems/equipment in an efficient manner to receive, maintain and ship inventory
• Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory
• Maintain the "Never Say No" attitude/mantra and be the Ambassador for the Bumper to Bumper Brand
• Carry out other store support related duties including delivery driving and/or customer service as required
