Job summary

You will guide Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to translate brand vision into store results. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and ensure SOPs are executed while building an inclusive culture and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Business acumen skills and strong time management.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel as required and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities, and drive KPIs with leadership.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget to support P&L and daily operations.
• Build and develop highly productive teams through sourcing and coaching.
• Coach and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Lead implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
• Create an inclusive environment and promote community involvement.
• Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements.
