Job summary

Indigo Grand Prairie in Alberta is seeking a General Manager to lead store performance, drive sales, and foster a high-engagement team. You will shape the store culture to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving profitability, growth, and strong operations.

You’ll recruit, develop and retain talented staff, implement visual merchandising, manage schedules, and ensure health and safety. This role requires retail leadership, adaptability and a hands-on approach to daily store

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
• 6+ years of management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail environment; experience leading leaders.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Quebec.

• Meet sales and profitability targets by optimizing operations and inventory.
