Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in store management and team coaching.
• Proven personnel management experience including development, career growth, and succession planning.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, written and spoken.

Job Description

The Store Excellence Manager is responsible, along with their team of project specialists and coordinators, for process improvement, the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitoring store excellence, and providing consulting services to NAPA, Altrom, and Traction locations nationwide. They work to improve store processes by proposing concrete solutions. Relying on Lean Six Sigma principles and collaborating closely with Operations Directors (GOM and DOM), they provide solid support to all store activities while leading a team dedicated to operational support and excellence.

Specifically, the selected candidate will:

• 2+ years of experience in store management and team coaching.

• Proven experience in personnel management, including professional development, career growth, and succession planning.
• Strong understanding of store operations as well as related policies and procedures (Distribution Center operations experience is an asset).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French, written and spoken, as this role requires regular collaboration with internal clients across Canada.
