Canadian Tire Stores is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly, courteous service and support store maintenance tasks such as stocking, merchandising and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is an asset; training will be provided.
• Ability to work shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and approachable demeanor.
• Able to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift/carry items, use a ladder and reach.
• Strong computer skills and ability to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related products to ensure customers have what they need.
• Maintain retail tasks: stocking, labels, facing, and clean area.
• Perform hole checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
• Recommend related products to customers so they leave with everything they need.
• Ensure that retail tasks are executed efficiently (e.g., stocking, labels, facing, clean area etc.).
• Perform hole checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
