Canadian Tire Stores is seeking a Store Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers, stock shelves, merchandise products and maintain a clean store.

No experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. You should be friendly, reliable and able to stand for long periods, handle basic computer tasks, and operate a cash register as needed. This role offers flexible hours and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work shifts (days/evenings/weekends/holidays).
• Approachable and friendly demeanor.
• Able to stand for 8 hours with standing/walking and occasional lifting.
• Strong computer skills and basic math.

• Experience operating a cash register is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
• Recommend related products to customers so they leave with everything they need.
• Ensure retail tasks are executed efficiently (stocking, labels, facing, clean area).
• Perform hole checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
