Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, promoting products, locating items and helping with purchases.
• Coordinate daily tasks and delegate work per priorities from Stocking Coaches and Store Management, and support VizPick processes.
• Assess department presentation and merchandise displays, identifying deficiencies and executing changes as needed.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, set goals, and monitor productivity with associates.
• Review schedules with People Lead and allocate associates to cover all store areas.
• Identify training opportunities during area tours and develop associates through teaching and feedback.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following policy and completing safety logs.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Assist in recruitment and growth conversations for associates.
