Job summary

Walmart Canada in Concord, ON is seeking a Stocking Associate to support store operations by stocking picks and new merchandise in a safe, clean environment. You will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and store priorities.

You will deliver friendly customer service, review workload, stock merchandise, ensure fixtures and shelves are organized, assist with backroom stock unloads, and follow safety procedures. The role starts at $17.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Age must be 16 or older.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product questions.
• Staff stocking of picks and new merchandise.
• Review workload and assist with backroom stock unloading and shelf replenishment.
• Ensure fixtures, shelves, and displays are organized and safe.
• Follow safety procedures and complete required safety checks.
