Walmart Canada is seeking a backroom/ unloading supervisor in Terrebonne, QC. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandise presentation, and day-to-day team leadership across backroom operations and the sales floor as needed.

You will drive focus on safety, scheduling, and effective communication, leading huddles, coaching associates, and collaborating with store leadership to meet goals. The position starts at a hourly rate with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older.

Responsabilités

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, assisting with products, and resolving issues.
• Directing and coordinating tasks per priorities from the Stocking Coach and Store Management.
• Assessing backroom presentation and merchandising, with corrective actions as needed.
• Lead daily Team Huddle, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity.
• Ensure high ticket merchandise is secured and daily audits are completed.
• Review schedules with People Lead and facilitate effective planning.
• Tour areas with Coach to identify training opportunities and develop associates.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and enforce policy compliance.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management functions.
• Collaborate with Coach/People Lead on performance growth and assist recruiting.
