Job summary

Walmart Canada seeks a stocking associate to support customer service and merchandise stocking in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, help locate items, promote products, and assist in purchase decisions while maintaining clean, safe aisles and backrooms.

You will review workloads, sign merchandise, and support stock unloading with attention to safety and accuracy. Minimum age is 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner and assisting with product promotion and purchases.
• Review workload for assigned store areas and ensure efficient operations.
• Accurately sign merchandise and maintain shelf capacity and modular integrity.
• Move and stock merchandise, supporting the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensure proper fixtures, supplies, and tools are used for tasks and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading and assist with unloading processes.
• Complete safety logs and adhere to company policies to keep displays secure.
