Job summary

Walmart Canada in Dauphin, MB is seeking a store associate to provide excellent customer service while stocking merchandise in a safe, clean environment. You will greet customers, help locate items, promote products, and support purchase decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting and promoting products/services, locating merchandise and aiding purchase decisions, resolving issues and referring concerns as appropriate.
• Review workload for assigned area(s) of the store.
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete tasks.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment, including safety sweep logs and secure displays/fixtures.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
