Job summary

Walmart Canada in Scarborough, Ontario is seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our store as a Customer Service Associate. You will greet customers, promote products, help locate merchandise and assist in decision making, while handling checkout responsibilities and maintaining safety standards.

You'll review workloads in your area, sign merchandise accurately, support backroom stock unloading, and uphold fixtures and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
• Resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store.
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
