Job summary

Walmart Canada in Richmond Hill, ON is seeking an Associate to provide outstanding customer service while stocking merchandise and preparing backrooms for stock unloading. You will greet customers, assist with locating items, promote products and help shoppers make purchases in a clean, safe environment.

This team role involves reviewing workload, signing merchandise, maintaining shelf integrity, and supporting the Customer Availability Process.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
