Job summary

Walmart Duncan, BC is seeking an Associate to provide customer service and help stock merchandise in a safe, clean environment. You will work with a team to plan and execute stocking tasks based on workload.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product locations, signing merchandise, maintaining shelf integrity, and supporting the Customer Availability Process while following safety rules and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product locations.
• Plan and execute stocking tasks based on workload to ensure shelves are stocked accurately.
• Sign merchandise and maintain shelf integrity and capacity.
• Support the Customer Availability Process by handling merchandise and bins as needed.
• Ensure proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete tasks.
• Contribute to a safe, clean work environment by following policy and completing safety steps.
• Prepare backrooms for stock unloading.
