Job summary

Walmart Canada in Pembroke, ON is seeking a Stock Associate to provide customer service and stock merchandise safely and efficiently. The associate will work with a team to plan workload and prepare the backroom for stock unloading, ensuring shelves and fixtures are organized and accessible.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product location, signing merchandise, maintaining shelf integrity, and supporting the Customer Availability Process with bins and proper fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
