Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp. is seeking a stock associate to provide customer service and perform stocking duties in a safe, clean environment. You will greet customers, guide purchases, and help maintain organized shelves and backroom readiness.

Responsibilities include workload reviews, accurate merchandise signing, fixture maintenance, and safe work practices to support inventory availability. This role starts at the minimum pay rate and offers growth through experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store.
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
