Job summary

Linen Chest is seeking a Stock Lead to ensure efficient receiving, labeling, and preparation of merchandise for the sales floor. You will lead the stock team, oversee daily stockroom operations, and collaborate with merchandising and sales associates to maintain smooth product flow from stockroom to floor.

Ideal candidates are reliable, organized and energetic, able to perform physical work, lift merchandise safely, and follow health and safety guidelines.

Job Description

As a Stock Lead, you play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring our store operates smoothly every day. You are responsible for receiving, picking and packing merchandise for shipping , and preparing products for the sales floor through accurate labeling.

You also maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are properly labeled and stored in line with current store standards. By working closely with the merchandising team and sales associates, you help create a seamless flow of product from the stockroom to the sales floor.

In addition, you lead and support the stock team while overseeing daily stockroom operations, setting priorities, and ensuring efficiency, organization, and teamwork throughout the day.

• Have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills;
