Job summary

Linen-Chest in Mississauga is seeking a Stock Lead to manage stockroom operations and support the merchandising team. You will receive, pick and pack merchandise for shipping and prepare products for the sales floor with precise labeling.

You will drive inventory accuracy and ensure proper labeling and storage according to store standards. You will lead the stock team, set daily priorities, and foster efficiency, organization, and teamwork to keep the flow from stockroom to floor seamless.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Stock Lead, you play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring our store operates smoothly every day. You are responsible for receiving, picking and packing merchandise for shipping , and preparing products for the sales floor through accurate labeling.

You also maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are properly labeled and stored in line with current store standards. By working closely with the merchandising team and sales associates, you help create a seamless flow of product from the stockroom to the sales floor.

In addition, you lead and support the stock team while overseeing daily stockroom operations, setting priorities, and ensuring efficiency, organization, and teamwork throughout the day.
