This is a part-time position at our Ottawa, Ontario location. The Stock Associate will deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales growth.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and a positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 150 lbs+ with weekend availability

More About The Role

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Check incoming inventory against packing slips
• Move and lift stock to maintain an organized stockroom environment
• Collaborate with the Visual Coordinator to implement visual standards
• Stock shelves and monitor stock levels
• Report damages and inventory issues
• Ensure workplace safety initiatives are followed
• Print price tags and tag merchandise upon arrival
• Build positive relationships with management, staff, and delivery personnel
• Assist with customer pickups
