Job Description

The Sales Associate at United Pacific works at an assigned store location, assisting in the operation of the facility in a safe, customer-focused, and profitable manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Daily cash handling
• Ensuring the security of all inventory and currency to prevent theft and inventory shrinkage

You will report to the Store Manager and receive direct supervision within the framework of United Pacific's policies and procedures. This role requires learning to operate a cash register, computer console, and other related equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired
• Willingness to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for at least 8 hours
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs from ground to overhead, with safety equipment, during inventory stocking
• Ability to climb ladders to store and retrieve materials or signage
• Work may be performed indoors or outdoors for extended periods
• Capable of working in small spaces when necessary
