Job summary

EQ3 in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Stock Associate to join our retail team. You will help load/unload deliveries, stock shelves, handle price tagging, and support visual standards while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and able to multitask.
• Self-motivated, able to work well with little or no supervision, and a strong positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Good Customer Service skills are also required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to lift 75 lbs+ with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading product from delivery truck
• Assist with the inventory check as it comes in against packing slips
• Works for long periods of time moving and lifting stock to ensure an orderly stock room environment at the Calgary Store stock room
• Works closely with and takes direction from the Visual coordinator to implement visual standards and directives (ie., displays, signage and room groupings)
• Stock shelves in store
• Identifies stock levels and notifies management and Visual. (also takes inventory of any display model damage and incoming quality)
• Understands importance of and delivers workplace safety initiatives
• Print price tags and tag merchandise upon arrival, before stocking floor and stockroom
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with store management, visuals, delivery personnel and staff at EQ3 Customer Service

This is a full-time position at our Calgary Location, Alberta. The Stock Associate will provide exceptional and professional customer service to EQ3 customers to ensure customer satisfaction and increase EQ3 sales.
