EQ3 Canada is seeking a Sales Associate for our Burlington, ON on-site team. You will guide customers from initial conversations to selecting and purchasing furniture, building rapport, and identifying buying needs.

You will present products, explain features and customization, prepare quotes, and close sales while following up to convert inquiries into purchases. A dynamic, customer-focused role with growth opportunities.

SALES ASSOCIATE

Full-Time | Burlington, Ontario | On-site

Know how to build relationships, follow up, and close a sale? Bring your sales experience to EQ3.

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Burlington team. If you enjoy understanding what customers need, helping them make confident decisions, and working toward sales goals, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience in furniture, appliances, automotive, flooring, kitchens, home improvement, or other consultative sales environments can translate well to this role. Interior design experience is welcome, but it is not required—we’ll provide training in our products, materials, and furniture options.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers from their first conversation through product selection and purchase, helping them find furniture that fits their needs, space, and budget.

You will:

• Build rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and identify buying needs.
• Present relevant products and explain their features, quality, and customization options.
• Prepare accurate quotes, address questions and objections, and close sales.
• Follow up on inquiries and quotes to turn interest into purchases.
• Build a client base through ongoing relationships, repeat business, and referrals.
• Take ownership of your sales opportunities and meet or exceed individual targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and work with your team to deliver a positive customer experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in retail, consultative, or commission-based sales.
