EQ3, located in Brossard, QC, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join the Retail Team at Quartier DIX30, 8440 Boulevard Leduc, Suite 10. This full-time role supports the Store Manager in daily operations and helps lead the sales team to deliver exceptional service.

You will coach staff on promotions and products, engage with customers to ensure memorable experiences, and keep the showroom organized while handling behind-the-scenes tasks such as client data and payroll as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency with POS, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and STORIS.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as a Assistant Manager.

The Details

Vous’ll be joining our Brossard team at Quartier DIX30, 8440 Boulevard Leduc, Suite 10, Brossard, QC, in a full-time capacity.

• Vous’ll assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and management of the sales team, and assume direct responsibility when the manager is not present
• Vous’ll work collaboratively with the manager to develop and implement action plans around budgeting
• Vous’ll help coach our sales team by educating around promotions, initiatives, products, and more
• Vous’ll actively engage with customers to ensure that their unique needs and inquiries are met and that they leave the store feeling positive about the experience
• Vous’ll put your creative skills to use & work with the team to maintain an organized, visually appealing storefront
• Vous’ll work behind the scenes to maintain the client database, handle bank deposits, reconcile daily balance totals, and assist with payroll as needed

What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum three (3) years of retail experience is preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered
• Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or a relevant field. Courses in Sales and Retail Customer Service would be a bonus
• Proficiency in retail operations and systems (Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and STORIS)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French. Vous’ll need to be comfortable motivating, listening to, and coaching your team
• A creative management style that you bring to solving everyday problems in the workplace
• A high standard of quality when it comes to customer service, performance, accuracy, and sales goals
• Familiarity with industry trends, market competition, and customer needs in a retail furniture environment
