Job summary

RWDI is seeking a Stewardship Coordinator in Calgary, AB to support stewardship, GHG and CSR delivery. The role focuses on green accounting processes for North American clients, regulatory reporting, and audit coordination, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and client service.

The candidate should bring a Business/Accounting background, analytical strength, and proven collaboration skills to thrive in RWDI's values-driven team and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business processes and accounting responsibilities.
• Undergraduate Business / Accounting degree or Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet schedules.
• Results oriented with strong prioritization and task management.
• Ability to prepare detailed working papers accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day green accounting processes for high-profile NA clients.
• Maintain attention to detail while addressing client needs and big picture.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; report milestones and results.
• Manage Environmental Stewardship systems planning, forecasting, and compliance reporting across provinces.
• Coordinate site audits and respond to regulatory reporting requests.
• Ensure QA is completed per company standards and client scope.
• Travel to client sites for site assessments and audits.
