Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is hiring a Full Time Steward to support dishwashing and glassware in a fast-paced luxury kitchen. You will join a team that values consistency, care, and high standards in guest service.

The role suits someone who takes pride in craft, works well under pressure, and seeks to grow within a luxury hospitality environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Demonstrates the ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain the silver polishing program
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

About The Role

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, our service team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Full Time Steward, you’ll support the washing of dishes and glasswear within a collaborative kitchen environment that values consistency and care.

This role is suitable to someone who takes pride in their craft, performs well in a fast‑paced setting, and is motivated to continue developing their skills within a luxury hospitality environment. You’ll be part of a team that balances high service volume with a strong commitment to quality and consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain the silver polishing program
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

What You’ll Bring

• The Ability to pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Demonstrates the ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with a positive outlook.
• Valid work authorization for Canada

What To Expect

• Busy service periods requiring focus and attention to detail
• A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A physically active role in a structured, team‑orientated kitchen environment

What We Offer
