Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler seeks an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and support Front Office Managers.

You’ll communicate across departments, manage VIP arrivals, and drive guest satisfaction with a focus on luxury hospitality and flawless operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Front Desk experience in hospitality, preferably luxury hotel with Opera PMS.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding service excellence standards.
• Class 5 Driver’s License is required.
• Valid work authorization for Canada

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate room assignments, rates, and billing as well arrange guest requests such a dining reservations, wine tasting or transportation arrangements.
• Review daily arrivals, prioritizing VIP, Special Attention Guests, and group check-ins.
• Support the Guest Services team with luggage delivery, room escorts, and valet parking operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty when necessary, making critical operational decisions
• Participate in and lead daily briefings to facilitate smooth communication and operational handovers.
• Track, report and analyze guest feedback through Qualtrics to identify service improvement opportunities.

About The Role

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler the Concierge team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Full Time Overnight Front Desk Supervisor you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and supporting the Front Office Managers in managing the Front Desk and Guest Services teams.

This role is suitable to someone who can ensure seamless communication between departments, maintains operational standards and fosters positive guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Front Desk role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting with Opera PMS experience
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding service excellence standards.
• Class 5 Driver’s License is required.
• Valid work authorization for Canada

What To Expect

• Busy service periods requiring focus, leadership and attention to detail
• A schedule based on operational needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

What We Offer

• $27.45 to $29.10 per hour. Eligible for a $2.00 per hour overnight premium
