Four Seasons Whistler is seeking a Full Time Spa Attendant to create a warm, relaxing first impression for guests while preparing and maintaining spa facilities. You will work within the male change room area and assist with operations to ensure a pristine environment.

The role requires prior spa or fitness experience, excellent customer service and a strong command of English. Competitive hourly pay, staff housing, and benefits are included.

About The Role

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler the Spa team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. Our Spa has won several awards such as 2025 Canada's Best Resort Spa by World Spa Awards, 2025 World's Leading Indigenous Community Tourism Initiative and made it to the 2026 list of the Best New Hotel Spas in the world. As a Full Time Spa Attendant, you’ll create a warm, relaxing first impression for every guest while setting up and maintaining the facilities within the spa including the male change room area. The role is suited to someone who has a high level of detail and has dedication to serving our guests. You’ll be part of a team that balances a strong commitment to thoughtful guest experiences and a clean and organized environment.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and maintain spa facilities, including refreshments, the male locker rooms, workout areas, and pre-treatment rooms.
• Interact with guests with the utmost hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and addressing questions related to spa services.
• Perform light cleaning duties in the male change room including showers, washroom, and locker room areas.
• Accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolving guest questions in connection with spa services.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience working in a spa or fitness center.
• Have great customer service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Valid work authorization for Canada

What To Expect

• A customer facing position that will require you to be a subject matter expert of the spa facilities and have a strong attention to detail
• You can lift up to 75lbs and will be on your feet within the Spa.
• A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
