St. Clement's School in Ontario seeks a part-time Steno III for a temporary assignment to support the special education department. You will coordinate administrative tasks and assist with reports, correspondence, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.

STENO 3 - Part-time Temporary 0.5 FTE - 17.5 hours/week Salary $26.47 - $30.79 per hour
THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF THE DURATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT
Reporting to the Superintendent of Special Education, through the Executive Assistant, the Steno III co-ordinates and provides administrative and secretarial support for the effective day-to-day operation of the special education department. Duties include assisting the Executive Assistant and Superintendent with the development of board reports / presentations, correspondence (e.g. schools / parents, etc.), OnSIS reporting / reconciliation, IEP OnLine, SEAC meeting preparation, website management, SIP claim applications, PPE ordering and processing, transportation requests of individualized transportation, coordination of Care and Treatment Education Programs (CTEP) (e.g. MOU contracts, PowerSchool registration, reporting, etc.), preparing shipments of computers/materials for schools, as well as providing day-to-day direct support to the principal(s) of special education and senior psychologist and manager of clinical services.
