Simcoe County District School Board is seeking a Clerk/Stenographer for W.C. Little E.S. The role supports the school office under supervision, handling administrative tasks and communications. The position is full-time, 35 hours weekly, with duties aligned to school operations.
The ideal candidate holds a Grade 12 diploma and demonstrates strong interpersonal and organizational skills, plus proficiency in MS Word and Outlook. Preference for knowledge of school-specific systems is noted.
The Clerk Steno acts as a resource to both internal and external individuals, and assists the Senior Administrative Support – Elementary in the administrative and secretarial duties of the school office under the direction of the administrator.
