Qualifications

  • Apply standard and moderately complex statistical methods to research data.
  • Develop forms and procedures required for the collection and compilation of data.
  • Design database specifications and modify software to meet project needs.
  • Write sections of scientific papers, funding proposals, grants, and abstracts.

Responsibilities

  • Apply established statistical methods and techniques to analyze and interpret data.
  • Identify the appropriate method of statistical analysis and apply techniques to interpret data.
  • Coordinate and manage the collection, delivery, entry, verification, analysis and reporting of data.
  • Explain statistical approaches to colleagues and contribute to training.

Education

Master's degree in Statistics or related field
