Hamilton Health Sciences is seeking a Project Coordinator, Scientific Affairs to provide project management and administrative support for research, researcher development, funding, and recognition programs. The role coordinates projects, tracks resources and budgets, analyzes data, and prepares reports and dashboards.
You will develop reports using Excel and Power BI, support budget development and funding administration, and guide researchers and staff on processes.

The Project Coordinator, Scientific Affairs provides project management and administrative support for research, researcher development, funding, and recognition programs. This role is responsible for coordinating projects and initiatives, tracking resources and budgets, analyzing data, monitoring KPIs, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting program delivery.
Monday-Friday; 37.5 hours weekly
