Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a Station Director to own the performance of a high-volume operation, balancing safety, quality, productivity, costs, and customer experience. You will drive results, identify performance gaps, and implement actions to continuously improve execution across the station.

You will lead the management and operational teams, plan capacity, manage KPIs and budgets, and collaborate with delivery partners to elevate service quality.

Your Role:

At the Heart of the Chain. Your Role As a Station Director, you are responsible for the overall performance of your operation. You ensure the right balance between safety, quality, productivity, costs, customer experience, and team development, while maintaining a high level of execution every day. You do not simply monitor results; you drive them. You identify performance gaps and implement the necessary actions to continuously improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume station and ensure overall operational performance.
• Maintain standards related to safety, quality, productivity, service, and cost management.
• Plan operational capacity, staffing levels, and resources based on volume fluctuations and peak periods.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate results into concrete action plans.
• Manage the station budget, controllable margin, and key cost drivers.
• Lead, coach, and develop the management team and operational teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability where expectations, standards, and results are clearly defined.
• Work closely with delivery partners to ensure performance and continuously improve service quality.
• Anticipate operational risks, manage unexpected situations, and make timely decisions when required.
• Collaborate with regional teams and support functions to resolve issues and implement best practices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing operational capacity, productivity, and quality.
• Prepare the station for peak periods and ensure strong execution during high-volume operations.
