Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Alberta is seeking a Standalone Donation Centre Attendant for a temporary part-time role at the Meadows location. You’ll assist with opening and closing duties, greet donors, and help unload and sort donations.

You should be 15 or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, enjoy working in a team, be flexible including weekends, and stay physically active while delivering friendly service and upholding safety policies.

Job Type: Temporary, Part-time (up to 24.5 hours per week), 3-month contract

Salary: $16.20/hour

What you’ll be doing:

  • Opening and closing duties
  • Accepting donations in a friendly, customer-oriented manner.
  • Greeting all donors, providing assistance with unloading items to be donated and thanking donors for their support of Goodwill Industries of Alberta.
  • Sorting and packing donated goods in preparation for processing.
  • Adhering to all corporate policies and comply with health, safety and security regulations

What you bring to the table:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
