Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Alberta is seeking a part-time, hourly team member for our retail stores in Calgary. The role involves sorting donations, assisting customers, and maintaining organized displays to maximize sales.

You will work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with duties spanning donation processing, shelf maintenance, and checkout support. A high school diploma and eligibility to work in Canada are required.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum age of 15 or older.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• The ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• The ability to perform physical work on a continual basis.
• Knowledge of designer labels, collectibles and antiques. (Asset)

Responsibilities

• Sorts and grades donations to determine what is sellable.
• Identifies high-end designer donations for special pricing.
• Tracks production targets and completes production sheets per SOPs.
• Transports items to and from the sales floor and places on shelves.
• Tidy shelves, racks, bins or displays and rotate stock as needed.
• Assist Retail team at cash registers with wrapping or bagging merchandise.
• Provide world class customer service to all Goodwill customers.

What you’ll be doing:
