About the Role

We are seeking a Staffing, Resourcing, and Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize our staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have specialized experience in resource management and logistics, with a strong ability to coordinate and streamline processes effectively.

• Coordinate and manage staffing requirements and resources.
• Develop and implement sophisticated logistics strategies to enhance operations.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze staffing metrics to ensure optimal performance and suggest improvements.
• Manage and nurture relationships with external staffing agencies and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, and propose enhancements.
• Prepare detailed reports and provide expert insights on staffing and logistics operations.
• Facilitate orientation and training for new staff to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with third-party staffing agencies, vendors, or subcontractors (if required).

What do we need from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, or related field.
• Extensive experience in staffing, resourcing, and logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a specialist focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a focus on specialization.
