Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX, product, interaction, or service design.
• Proven experience leading complex product initiatives from strategy through delivery.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and strategic influence.

Responsibilities

• Define Experience Strategy & Vision for AI and agentic capabilities across Magnet's products.
• Lead design initiatives and partner with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to shape roadmaps.
• Drive cross‑platform initiatives and establish new interaction paradigms and design patterns.
• Mentor designers, conduct design reviews, and elevate design maturity across teams.
