Job summary

APPLY is seeking an Agentic UX Designer & Rapid Prototyper to lead the vision for a flagship, AI-driven Brand Building platform. You will work with product managers, engineers, and business leads to translate complex needs into intuitive experiences.

This is a full-time, short-term contract through December 2026, based in Canada with hybrid/remote options. You’ll consolidate 30 legacy tools into a single intelligent system and prototype rapidly using Claude, v0, Anima, and related tools to

Qualifications

• Agentic UX experience designing complex software or SaaS platforms.
• Rapid prototyping and translation of design to engineering teams.
• Mastery of information architecture and user flows.
• Familiarity with design systems and interaction patterns for AI workflows.
• Hands-on usability testing using platforms like Maze.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and synthesize JTBD across 30 legacy tools into IA and user flows.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes in Claude, v0, or similar tools.
• Contribute to updating component libraries and interaction patterns.
• Plan and run rapid usability testing to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align priorities.
