Nubank is seeking a Staff Software Engineer – DXP to shape an AI‑native platform powering our AI‑first fintech ecosystem. You will lead architecture for the Figma→DXP Spec→BDC code flow, define agent orchestration, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to scale the platform company‑wide.

This hybrid role in Canada with global collaboration will mentor engineers and drive cross‑functional initiatives across Nubank’s DXP, NuDS, and BDC stacks to deliver high‑quality,

Qualifications

• Genuine obsession with AI tools and workflows—hands-on with LLMs and AI agents daily.
• Strong software architecture skills for multi-component platforms.
• Experience bridging design tooling (Figma) and code generation.
• Practical AI/LLM integration in software products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect the DXP Studio pipeline for Figma → DXP Spec → BDC code generation with vendor-agnostic abstractions.
• Lead AI agent integration and orchestration inside DXP, including context management and execution environments.
• Own the DXP Dictionary and knowledge architecture to make Nubank‑aware agents.
• Drive cross‑platform integration with NuDS, BDC/Core, HPP, and App Excellence.
• Establish quality-at-generation-time with governance for accessibility, token correctness, and tests.
• Set the technical strategy and roadmap for DXP and mentor engineers across teams.
