Job summary

Cority is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join a fast-paced, highly collaborative team in Canada. You will design, enhance, and extend Cority software while influencing the long-term roadmap and delivering immediate value.

Reporting to the Development Manager, you will lead architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear requirements. Experience with AI-enabled development, .NET stack, and cloud services is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of developer experience.
• Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and architectural decisions to meet product requirements and future needs.
• Lead teams technically to deliver production-ready code.
• Design and develop new software and enhance existing software for clients’ systems and Cority's base software.
• Communicate requirements and specifications with Product Owners.
• Develop high-quality software and advocate automation for testing, integration, and deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and review designs.
