CaptivateIQ is building a modeling platform that serves as the foundational layer for multiple products, enabling scalable data structures, reusable components, and robust modeling abstractions. The role focuses on turning complex modeling concepts into a coherent, extensible platform that supports diverse business domains.

You will work at the intersection of product architecture, data modeling, and user experience, partnering with Engineering, Design, and product teams to define boundaries,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Track record of building shared platform capabilities used across multiple products.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with senior engineers on architecture.
• Experience with or understanding of modeling systems where data, relationships, calculations, and business logic come together.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership with a track record of driving clarity and decisions.
• Strong judgment and communication skills in ambiguous problems and complex tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Modeling Platform strategy and roadmap.
• Define durable platform abstractions and determine what belongs in the shared platform versus the consuming product.
• Partner with Engineering on data models, schemas, APIs, and system behavior.
• Ground platform decisions in real modeling problems across incentive compensation, planning, and FP&A.
• Connect platform architecture to product experience with Design and product teams.
• Drive alignment across teams and build for an AI-native future.
