Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager for People Insights & Solution Design (PI-SD) to lead the strategy and delivery of a unified HR and workplace data experience. You will translate ambiguous employee problems into measurable product requirements and drive adoption across engineering and business stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll shape roadmaps for domains like Talent Acquisition or Compensation, partner with ESE engineering teams, apply build-versus-buy principles, and define KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IS, CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience owning a product from definition through delivery and operation.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders to make significant product decisions independently.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering teams to scope, sequence and ship technical work.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned PPL domain portfolio (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Rewards, Employee Support & Services, Workplace & Travel Experience).
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the experience and intelligence layer while Workday remains infrastructure.
