We're on the hunt for people ready to jump in and join us while we simplify the lives of healthcare practitioners and patients daily. And guess what? Your Role in Our Journey
We’re looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager to spearhead the development and growth of Jane’s Clinical Integrations Platform, which aims to empower healthcare practitioners across diverse disciplines by enabling seamless integration of discipline-specific tools within Jane. You will lead the charge in crafting workflows, collaborating with partners, and defining technical strategies to ensure the platform delivers unparalleled value and flexibility. This role focuses on building the platform from 0-1 to extend Jane’s capabilities. By enabling industry-leading partners to integrate with Jane, you’ll help streamline workflows for healthcare practitioners, improve efficiency, and ultimately enhance patient care.
This is a highly technical role where you'll be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our Clinical Integrations Platform. We're looking for someone who has built 3rd-party platforms or marketplaces and understands the challenges that come with integrations. You will need to quickly understand partner value propositions, manage multiple integration roadmaps, and strategize on how to standardize and productize offerings. You should also have the ability to recognize patterns across partners and create scalable solutions that multiply the value we provide. Additionally, you should have the technical depth to manage product strategy while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation. You should be comfortable working both in the weeds (details) and at the 30K ft view (strategic thinking). Experience with AI/ML technologies is a plus, as we are looking for innovative solutions that align with our broader product vision.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of product strategy, technical innovation, and customer experience. You’ll define workflows and processes that allow external partners to integrate their tools with Jane, ensuring maximum value for our users. Your work will directly impact the future of Jane’s platform, as you develop strategies to empower our partners, optimize our workflows, and help practitioners deliver care more effectively.
As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for crafting the future of the platform, shaping the direction of our partnerships, and mentoring team members. Your insights into platform evolution, your ability to think beyond the current product, and your technical expertise will be crucial as we work to expand our platform capabilities and build a truly integrated ecosystem of tools for healthcare providers.
This is a highly collaborative role that will require you to work closely with both internal teams and external partners. You’ll play a key role in making Jane the go-to platform for healthcare practitioners by refining how our system integrates with industry leaders and ensuring the best possible experience for our users.
If you’re someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, enjoys building from the ground up, and is passionate about improving healthcare workflows, this is the role for you.
