Job summary

Lattice is seeking a Staff Product Manager for MCP & AI Ecosystem to own the future of the MCP server and the integrations powering Lattice AI. You’ll collaborate with engineering and partners to ensure interoperability with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Slack, Jira, GitHub, and Asana.

You will define vision, ship integrations, and build durable platform foundations with authentication, data access, and reliability.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform or ecosystem products.
Experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems.
Ability to hold credible architecture conversations with engineers, security teams, and partner CTOs.
Proven track record shipping scalable integrations in partnership with engineering and GTM teams.
Ability to influence senior leaders and align teams around clear decisions, priorities, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define the MCP and AI ecosystem vision and multi-year strategy for Lattice.
Ship integrations and third-party connectors expanding admin workflows and data flow.
Establish durable platform foundations for authentication, permissions and observability.
Collaborate with Engineering on MCP tool design and integration infrastructure.
Drive go-to-market with partners and measure ecosystem impact.
Own outcomes across integration adoption, reliability, and governance.
