Job summary

Lattice is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the future of the MCP server and integrations powering Lattice AI. You will connect Lattice performance data with AI tools and third-party data to keep the ecosystem interoperable.

Lead MCP & AI ecosystem strategy, drive integrations, and partner with engineering and GTM to deliver measurable impact. You will work with internal and external partners to shape platform direction, own key results, and build scalable, secure foundations for future

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience with integrations or ecosystems.
Experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems.
Strong technical fluency with APIs, authentication, data syncing, and mapping.
Track record shipping scalable integrations with engineering teams.
Clear communication to align internal teams and external partners.
Bias for action and ability to structure ambiguity in fast-moving spaces.

Responsibilities

Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy and what it means for Lattice and customers.
Ship integrations and connectors expanding admin, manager, and executive capabilities.
Build durable foundations like authentication and integration frameworks.
Collaborate with Engineering to shape MCP tool design and integration infra.
Drive go-to-market with Partnerships and Product Marketing.
Own outcomes and key results for integration adoption and ecosystem growth.
