Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of UX/Product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with core UX methods: workshops, user research, IA, wireframes, prototypes.
• Experience with interaction and visual design, and design systems.
• Ability to design responsive, mobile-first experiences from research and data.
• Proficiency with Figma and collaboration tools.
• Experience using AI tools in design with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design vision, strategy, and execution for a major product area across the lifecycle.
• Define and navigate ambiguous problem spaces using customer, business, and ops insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and data science to ship scalable experiences.
• Design new functionality and drive patterns as the space evolves.
• Synthesize insights with research and data into actionable design recommendations.
• Apply AI to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and decision-making, judiciously.
• Communicate rationale to stakeholders and mentor other designers to raise craft quality.
