Role Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to drive design across the full Gumloop product. You’ll own work from concept to delivery, contribute to our core design system, and collaborate directly with engineering and brand to ship polished, intuitive experiences. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone with exceptional taste and a love for building complex AI-native products.

What You’ll Do

• Drive product design from concept to delivery — sketches, user flows, prototypes, and final implementation
• Contribute to and build out Gumloop UI, our core design system
• Collaborate with brand and marketing to deliver landing pages and visual assets
• Lead design critiques to ensure feature and design consistency across the product

What You Bring

• 5-12 years of professional design experience for SaaS products
• Strong eye for design, sharp attention to detail, and genuine love for the craft
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-native product experiences
• Ability to work closely with engineers and ship at a fast pace

Bonus

• Advanced Figma skills including component systems and prototyping
• Motion design experience
• Background designing for developer tools or technical audiences

Compensation Range: $175K - $250K
