Gumloop in Vancouver is seeking a Staff Brand Designer to own the visual identity of the company. You will work directly with product and marketing, upholding the highest craft bar across touchpoints.
This role requires a creator who sweats the details, has built an aesthetic philosophy, and can articulate why visual decisions work or don’t. You’ll shape our narrative, define direction for communicating complex ideas, and own projects end-to-end.
Gumloop is the piece of AI infrastructure companies roll out to let everyone build agents securely. Let people who understand the problem build and share agents, manage their access to data, choose your AI models and host it all in your own cloud.
We're a small team building as fast as humanly possible. Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor are running agents on Gumloop across their company. We've raised over $70M from Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Nexus Ventures to scale and are looking for people who care as much as we do to join the team.
Here’s what life at Gumloop is like:
As a Staff Brand Designer at Gumloop, you own the visual identity of the company.
This is a high-ownership role for a creative who sweats the details and has built an aesthetic philosophy through years of high-level work. You will work directly with product and marketing, holding the highest craft bar at the company.
Trust in a Autonomy
When software acts on your behalf, every touchpoint either builds confidence or erodes it. Our brand is the interface for building this trust. How we name things, how we explain what an agent did, the visuals that communicate what's happening under the hood. All of it shapes whether someone feels comfortable letting go of the wheel.
Multiplayer as a Multiplier
AI adoption doesn't scale through mandates, it spreads through people. One person's effort building an agent empowers their team, then amplifies across their company. Our brand should make that spread feel inevitable, every effort should be worth showing off.
