Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Minimum 7 years of civil litigation experience, with experience in Superior Court matters; Small Claims Court experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure, Small Claims Court Rules, and Rules of Professional Conduct.
• Prior experience with pro bono work, public interest organizations, or working with vulnerable client populations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a significant asset.
• Salary: depending on experience.
