Job summary

Gumloop is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own and scale the systems powering Gumloop. You’ll architect large-scale infrastructure projects, define the technical roadmap, and collaborate directly with the founders to improve reliability, security, and performance.

Your work will focus on infrastructure for agent orchestration, sandboxing, and hosted MCP services, with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure on GCP as core components.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, GCP, Terraform, Prometheus, and CI/CD.
• Track record owning infrastructure at scale in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to own projects from architecture through production.
• Comfort working in a small team where ownership, autonomy, and speed are expected.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to own and scale the systems that power Gumloop. You’ll architect and roll out large scale infrastructure projects independently, help define our technical roadmap, and work directly with the founders to improve reliability, security, and performance.

Our current focus areas include infrastructure for agent orchestration, agent sandboxing, and hosted MCP services. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to solve challenging infrastructure problems at a company at the edge of AI.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak with customers and collaborate directly with founders
