Qualifications

• 3 years of experience writing code in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt development, and conversational AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical engagements from 0-to-1, defining the agent brain, hands, and guardrails.
• Mitigate high-stakes customer escalations with direct debugging and architectural guidance.
• Deploy features in real environments to stress-test capabilities and influence product roadmaps.
• Advocate for architectural frameworks and pioneer advanced reasoning techniques.
• Bridge non-deterministic LLM outputs with deterministic enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $183000 - $265000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
